Accessibility Policy

Agylia is committed to ensuring its products are accessible to users with disabilities.

We aim to ensure that the Agylia Learning Management System (LMS) meets level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and Section 508 conformance.

Agylia regularly tests the learner portal to identify any conformance issues, and aims to resolve any accessibility issues that are identified in a timely manner. Testing includes the use of accessibility evaluation tools and verifying that the learner portal operates with the most commonly used assistive technologies - including screen magnifiers, screen readers and speech recognition tools.

Agylia works with our customers who have specific needs or have users with disabilities, to verify that the LMS functions correctly in live customer environments, for any users with disabilities.

Scope

This policy applies to access to the Agylia LMS using the learner portal.
