Agylia enables you to operate your own single-branded LMS or optionally you can operate through multiple individually branded sub-portals for your customers or your different business units.
You can deliver different content to different groups of users on a global scale and administrators can easily add, delete and target content, courses and curricula.
Users of one sub-portal will be unaware of the other sub-portals, which means you can use the same LMS to present different content to different learner groups.
This could mean a separately branded sub-portal for your internal staff to access, with a separate suppliers’ sub-portal and perhaps a sub-portal dedicated to your end customers.
Delegated administration through our federated operations model enables nominated staff from yours or your partner companies to manage different groups of users, large or small. This makes the administration and organisation of even the largest audience numbers practicable and manageable.
Agylia uses the Experience API as well as supporting SCORM compatible content. The integrated learning record store (LRS) collects extensive data on your users' activities within the system and even tracks independent, external learning activities. All of this data can be reported on by using pre-defined configurable reports.
Global and delegated reporting enables nominated individuals to have a global view across the whole platform or be restricted to well defined, nominated groups.
Agylia is designed to serve the extended enterprise, supporting users outside of your organisation, such as suppliers, distributors and customers, as well as your own staff.
