We will also be hosting a free seminar session:

Mobile Learning Myth Busters: Uncovering the true reality of mobile learning

Presenter: Alex Mackman, Technical Director

Location: Seminar Theatre 7

Date: Wednesday, 1st February

Time: 14:00 - 14:30

This seminar is based on the real experiences of learning and development (L&D) professionals worldwide who took part in the Learning Technology Research Project 2016 (LTR Project). The LTR Project took place over a two week period in November 2016, with over 350 L&D professionals worldwide accessing and experiencing a range of mobile learning modules, plus quizzes and surveys.

This seminar will reveal the initial findings from the research. It will look to uncover the true reality of mobile learning, while helping attendees understand the way people interact with digital learning and support resources on their mobile devices.

It promises to be a must-attend for anyone seeking to use mobile technology to engage and support their staff and customers, or those who are just interested in finding out more about this exciting new approach.

Join us to discover:

  • how people really interact with mobile learning resources
  • what learners actually like and dislike in digital learning
  • how to improve knowledge absorption and retention
  • how to increase completion rates for learning programmes
  • the vital elements needed to deliver successful mobile learning programmes

Visitors to our stand will be able to take part in xAPIgo, a fun and interactive learning activity that shows the Experience API (xAPI) in action. Register to play xAPIgo.
