At Learning Technologies 2020, Agylia will examine how advances in learning technologies are moving learning and CPD beyond the traditional LMS environment into the flow of work and as part of people’s everyday life.
Agylia will host free seminar and demo sessions within the exhibition hall:
‘Moving from the LMS to the real world. How to incorporate learning into the flow of work’
Seminar session: Seminar Theatre 6, 12:30 - 13:00 on Wednesday 12 February.
Demo session: Demo Zone 1, 14:00 - 14:15 on Wednesday 12 February.
Alex Mackman, Technical Director at Agylia said, “The only way to make sure that learning sticks and becomes an integral part of people’s development is to ensure that learning and CPD are integrated and embedded into the flow of work; a part of everyday life. Outside of work, people regularly use technology to improve their knowledge by asking ‘how to use’ or ‘how to fix’. At work, digital learning technologies are supporting people in their roles, with what they need, when they need it - in the flow of work.”
Based on real experiences, Agylia’s seminar and demo sessions will show how organisations are embedding learning and CPD in the flow of work, and providing real time, contextual learning - helping people to learn and develop, while they do their jobs and go about their daily lives.
During the sessions, Agylia will answer:
- Why is learning in the flow of work more effective than other training approaches?
- What technologies help make it a reality?
- How do you maximise learning and CPD experiences?
- How do you make learning in the flow of work scalable and measurable?
Agylia will be on Stand F55 and encourage visitors to Learning Technologies 2020 to see how the Agylia Learning Management System (LMS) provides learners with a range of digital learning and CPD content - including eLearning and microlearning courses, videos, podcasts, PDFs and weblinks - all in the flow of work.
With Agylia Apps, for iOS and Android devices, learners are able to access their learning and CPD whether they’re in an office, working away, at home or travelling - even when offline.
Learning Technologies 2020 takes place at ExCeL London on the 12-13 February.
