Category: News

Agylia will host a free seminar session at Learning Technologies 2018 to examine how microlearning delivered on mobile devices can enhance induction, leadership and other digital learning programmes - and why microlearning must feature within any modern digital learning strategy.

Microlearning: how can it enhance induction, leadership and other digital learning programmes? will be presented by Alex Mackman, Agylia's Technical Director, at 11:00 - 11:30, Seminar Theatre 7 on Wednesday 31st January.

Alex Mackman, Technical Director at Agylia said, “The demand for mobile learning solutions, the popularity of video-based training and the expectation that information is available on demand are all ensuring that microlearning will have a key part to play in the future of corporate learning.”

Based on real experiences of Agylia’s microlearning programmes in some of the largest organisations in the world, this session will discuss why microlearning must feature within any modern digital learning strategy and how to capitalise on its many benefits. The session will:

  • identify the benefits of microlearning for both organisations and individuals
  • examine top scenarios ideally suited to microlearning
  • address how to incorporate microlearning as part of a broader blended learning strategy
  • discuss learning design considerations for building effective microlearning content
  • define platform requirements for effective microlearning delivery

Agylia will be on Stand N7 and encourages visitors to Learning Technologies 2018 to experience the full capabilities and potential of microlearning and mobile learning.

Agylia will showcase the Agylia Learning Management System (LMS), an agile, mobile and social LMS, which enables organisations worldwide to deliver and access their eLearning and microlearning courses, videos and performance support resources all in one powerful learning portal.

With the range of Agylia mobile learning Apps, for iOS and Android devices, learners can access their digital learning resources anywhere - even offline - encouraging user adoption and engagement.
