Agylia announces the availability of new courses centred on key aspects of customer service delivery as part of its Hospitality eLearning Catalogue - ideal for organisations and employees in the restaurant, hotel and retail sectors.
The Hospitality eLearning Catalogue now includes 12 new titles aimed at providing a breadth of knowledge to support an individual’s development across common customer service scenarios. The catalogue includes titles such as Delivering effortless service, Encouraging recommendations, Making guests feel welcome and Providing a personalised experience.
The delivery of excellent customer service is an important factor for all organisations, particularly for those in the highly competitive hospitality sector. With the Agylia Learning Management System (LMS), organisations can combine our eLearning catalogues with custom courses and other learning resources - such as videos, podcasts and PDFs - to quickly deploy digital learning pathways that increase knowledge, and improve service delivery and performance,” said Tim Buff, CEO and Chief Learning Strategist at Agylia.
The Hospitality eLearning Catalogue is available immediately for customers of the Agylia LMS and enables organisations to provide their learners with a range of off-the-shelf digital learning content.
The courses have been built with the latest responsive technologies, allowing the same course to be accessed via desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Whether learners are in the office, working away, or at home, they will be able to access the eLearning they need using their preferred device.
The Hospitality eLearning Catalogue is one of Agylia’s range of eLearning catalogues, which also includes Foundation Skills, Business Skills, Compliance, Financial Services, Social Care, Health and Housing.
