Agylia has released a series of mental health and wellbeing microlearning modules, together with a specialist support App, for organisations looking to support their employees - as many adapt to a new hybrid working environment.
With flexibility of working environment a high priority for many employees, Agylia has launched mental health and wellbeing modules focused on what people need to know to maintain good levels of wellbeing and the practical skills they need to take care of their mental health, as they adapt to new working practices.
Tim Buff, Managing Director at Agylia, said “As people begin to return to the workplace, organisations have a duty of care to ensure that the workplace is sufficiently safe. To support their people, its important organisations take an individualised approach to consider the physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of their workforce. They should also listen to any concerns employees may have.”
Agylia Health and Wellbeing provides organisations with an easy to deploy programme, centrered around mental health, wellbeing and employee engagement. It enables organisations to engage and gather feedback around return to work themes, and ensure their employees receive the mental health and wellbeing support at work they need.
