Agylia is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Jefferies as Agylia’s Head of Consulting Services.
Simon takes responsibility for enhancing the consulting services offered by Agylia, which saw a significantly increased level of interest and new projects in 2016, reflecting the growth in interest in harnessing the power of mobile learning opportunities.
This appointment is a natural progression from Simon’s previous role at Agylia, where he led the Instructional Design team. Prior to that, Simon was one of PwC's most experienced educational consultants, focusing on learning solutions for large UK clients.
With extensive knowledge and experience in delivery methodologies and content creation for classroom training, eLearning, mobile learning and other digital learning solutions, Simon will provide the expertise to ensure the successful deployment of customers’ blended learning programmes.
As part of its consulting services, Agylia offers a broad range of learning and development related services, including providing advice, guidance and recommendations on creating mobile learning, microlearning and blended learning centric curricula from existing classroom based delivery models.
Agylia has supported the successful adoption of gamification and social learning techniques at some of the world’s largest organisations, which has enhanced learner engagement with learning and development programmes and increased organisation-wide collaboration.
“This is a really exciting opportunity to provide a dedicated focus on this rapidly growing area of our business,” said Simon. “Our customers will find we provide a unique insight and delivery capability, built around Agylia’s core strengths with mobile learning solutions.”
